New Home- Paint

Below mentioned are the actual steps during a paint of new home:

1. After the plaster work, the painter should remove all the dust from the walls and roof using a brush, dust removal mop or with the help of a blower or air compressor.
2. Application of a coat of primer coat with the help of roller or paint brush and let it dry for 24 hours. After the first coat is dried, apply the second coat of primer. Primer will help in concealing and block of the stains.
3. Inspection of Primer coat for any point or area that is left or ignored by the painter
4. Apply a first coat of paint and leave it to dry. Apply 2-3 coat of paint color required.

Redo- Paint

1. The very first step is to analyze all the seepage areas/leakage areas or where there is efflorescence
2. Removal of existing paint with the help of scrubbers no. 100/150. There are different types of scrubbers available in the market. Always go for Korean scrubber.
3. Application of wall putty to level the surface and rectification of seepage area. Mix putty with glue or chemical to control the seepage.
4. After the putty dries, apply first coat of paint and let it dry for 24 hours
5. Apply 2-3 coats of paint to have a complete finish surface.
